I have to say I love 500-piece Clementonis, pretty much regardless of image. The quality is great, and even though this isn’t my favourite image of all time, I still enjoyed it a lot!

I have to say I love 500-piece Clementonis, pretty much regardless of image. The quality is great, and even though this isn’t my favourite image of all time, I still enjoyed it a lot!

I bought this used and carelessly threw it on the backseat of my car. Of course, it slid off, and I had to pick up the pieces from the floor. When I had finished the puzzle, there was still one piece missing, so I headed back to my car in the middle of the night, and managed to find the missing piece 🙂 Happy end!

I enjoyed this a lot, I like doing water (also rocks, but not forests). At first, I wondered why everyone on the boat is wearing blue, but then I realized they must be raincoats.
Pantone is, apparently, a colour management system widely used in many industries. The things you learn while puzzling 🙂

As a puzzle, this was one of those where you know exactly what to do all the time. I’ve done many puzzles lately where I place pieces here and there with no clear plan, but this was very clear and quite easy.
I started with the colours at the bottom, then on to the lime-coloured stripe on the right. This turned out to be the most difficult part, and I even sorted the pieces according to shape, but the cut was so great that it wasn’t much of a problem. I’ve grown more and more fond of Clementoni, and it’s now up there with Ravensburger and Heye for me.

I went on to do the blue bowl, the plate, the table and finally, the limes and the green background. There are three other puzzles in the Pantone-series, not must-haves, but I will get them if I see them at a good price. This was my last completed puzzle for 2019.
This is part of a Clementoni series with a blank, black space in the middle.

Apparently, you’re supposed to write on the blank part yourself. Can’t really see this catching on…

The puzzle itself was enjoyable, and with Clementoni quality even the black part in the middle wasn’t too difficult.
I’ve done a few Titanic puzzles, but this is probably the best so far. Clementoni is an excellent brand, and there are many interesting details in the image. Text is always a huge plus 🙂 I really loved this, and will probably do it again one day.

This was very enjoyable. I’ll probably keep the pieces separated, even though it would probably be quite easy separating the images based on colour.

The second part is probably the most difficult one in this puzzle. Water, rocks, and sky are fine, but I’m not too fond of forests or grass, for some reason. One more section to go!

This is the first part of a Clementoni triptych with three 500 piece puzzles. I’ve done one previously with lighthouses, here the theme is nature. I always enjoy water in puzzles, and there will be even more of that in another part of this puzzle.

As you may remember, the library where I work has a puzzle out for customers to work on. Originally, the puzzles were all from me, but then other people started bringing in puzzles as well, and this is one of those. I borrowed it and did it at home. Many Kandinsky paintings make great puzzles, and this was definitely one of those.

Not long ago I posted another puzzle called The Volcano, but that was an educational puzzle, whereas this is a pretty image with a volcano in the background. It was very enjoyable!
