I really like this painting, and it was nice to do as a puzzle, although not all that easy. I think they have added some new extra waves in order to fit the panorama format – all other images I’ve seen only have the large wave in the middle. This puzzle was a Christmas present.

This was my last puzzle for 2024. While I’m not usually a fan of Christmas puzzles, the ones I like tend to have kitchen images, like this one.
Even though I have little interest in cars otherwise, I love puzzling them for some reason. I also like trains and boats, and pretty much any form of transport.
This was a lovely puzzle, and I did it pretty much top to bottom. The red bits turned out to be the most difficult, so I did that last. Two missing pieces, but they’re quite hard to spot, because they’re both mostly black.
A very traditional image that was easy to from top to bottom. The lake, also known as Pragser Wildsee, is located in South Tyrol, Italy, in the Dolomite Alps.
Quite possibly the strangest Christmas puzzle I’ve ever seen. A family of carrots are reading a Chistmas cookbook together.

After many years of intensive puzzling, I’ve now eased up a bit, and spent more time watching movies. I still puzzle, and whatever I do put together will end up here eventually.

Another older Heye. I was very happy to find this for a reasonable price, and it’s also complete and in good condition. Loved it!
This is an older Heye by Loup, and even though the orchestra is rather difficult, I was again impressed by how each figure has their own unique character. Still, I don’t think I would like to do the 2000-piece version, where there’s a lot more orchestra… I have done the 1000-piece version called Score, where there’s a large scoresheet on top that helps a lot. No photo of that, unfortunately.
Another installment in the excellent series Cult Movies Puzzle Collection by Clementoni. The clothes turned out to be the most difficult part, and the top was the easiest. Happy Halloween!
